I don't see my programs
IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR PROGRAMS:
- Please log out and clear your history. Browsers do keep page content memorized (cache) and can sometimes show a depreciated version of the page.
- We encourage you to LOG out, then log back in on a private or incognito page via safari or chrome
- Please remember which email you used to purchase your program. If you purchased your program with a different email than usual, you will not see your previously purchased programs as they are linked to the email you used to make your purchase. If you believe you do have several account and you need us to consolidate your accounts, please email email@example.com with the email address you would like to keep.
